Q1. Where can manage the email I receive from the Fool?

The short answer is "Here it is!"

The longer answer is how to find it is:

  • Go to the Fool home page
  • Click on 'Email' in the 'Get Involved' menu bar across the top of the page
  • That's it!

Q2. How can I stop receiving your regular emails?

You can stop receiving our subscription emails by going to the Manage your Fool.co.uk email subscriptions page (see also the question above.) Untick the types of email you no longer want to get and click on the 'Save my changes' button at the bottom of the page.

Q3. How can I stop getting promotional emails with special offers from The Fool or its advertisers?

We only send this sort of email occasionally, and the revenue from the advertising in these emails contributes to us being able to offer the rest of our service free. But if you're sure that you don't want them you should go to the Manage your Fool.co.uk email subscriptions page (see also question 1, above.) Untick the 'Special Offers' box and click on the 'Save my changes' button at the bottom of the page.

Q4. I have changed my email address. How can I update it?

Go to the Manage your Fool.co.uk email subscriptions page.

At the top right of the page there's a box entitled "Your email address" - just click on the '[edit]' link after your current address. Enter your new email address in the box on the next page and click on the "Proceed" button.
